    As an amateur astronomer for 37 years, I have used many mounts in my life. The Ragdoll 20 Pro is the best one by far! The mount is extremely light with no need for counterweights will all of my setups, including the 8\" SCT that I use. The setup is extremely quick, and the tracking is always spot on. I highly recommend the Proxisky mounts to all of my friends when looking for SWG mounts because of how well they are built, how well they perform and the low cost for such high quality.

    I\'m very happy with the mount, even though the final test is still pending (so far only trial runs). In my opinion, the build quality is excellent. The connections on the hub version work perfectly and reduce cable clutter. The mount is very quiet. The support was first-rate. When I accidentally rendered the mount unusable during a firmware update (user error – reading the manual is definitely an advantage), I received help very quickly (in less than 30 minutes, which was certainly partly due to luck). Thank you very much!

      Your Tripods are currently out of stock. Is the Ragdoll Pro Mount fitting on a Celestron NexStar 5SE tripod? Is there a need for Adapter?

      Hi. I\'m interested in Ragdoll Pro series. I wanna know if they are connected with a half pier or tripods through 3/8\" (actually I already have a half pier with 3/8\" connection). Some instructions say yes but others do no. Your drawings show only M10 and M6 holes. Which is right ?

        The Ragdoll Pro does not have 3/8 at the bottom, only M10 and M6. The drawings are correct.

        You can power the dew heaters with the DC output on the hub, but it doesn't have auto dew control. Warranty is the same as all other mounts from us, 2 years. You can find the specifics in the manuals.
