However, our warranty service comes with limitations where paid repair and replacement apply, not covering shipping cost. Specifically:

(3) Damage resulting directly from unauthorized disassembly, third-party repairs, modifications, unofficial firmware flashing, etc., without written approval from Proxisky, is not covered by warranty;
(4) Disassembly, modifications, unauthorized third-party repairs, unofficial firmware flashing, and similar actions without written approval from Proxisky void warranty;
(5) Damage resulting from operation in unsuitable environments, such as water immersion, rain exposure and extreme heat or cold, is not covered by warranty;
(6) Damage resulting from irresistible external forces, such as earthquakes, is not covered by warranty;
(7) Products without purchase records from official Proxisky website or authorized dealers are not covered by warranty.
Remaining warranty period is succeeded if products are purchased used, and only if the original purchase was made on official Proxisky website and authorized dealers.
For products beyond the two-year warranty period, we can offer paid repair services, not covering shipping cost. Please contact your seller directly if your products are not ordered and purchased from our official website. After-sales support mentioned above is only available to products purchased from official Proxisky website and authorized dealers.
In terms of international shipping, if products are damaged upon receipt, please contact us and provide photos of both the damaged parts and the exterior packaging. Once confirmed that they're indeed damaged during shipping, we will provide appropriate solutions.
Since we are only accepting USD for purchases made on our website, payments done in other currencies will be converted to USD with exchange rates of the time. If a refund needs to be issued some time later when exchange rate has changed, refund amount in the original currency may differ, and we will not be held accountable for compensations. We only receive and refund in the same amount of USD.
